  1. Place Hand & Body Lotion in glass jar.

  2. Add essential oils and mix to combine.

  3. To use, apply to the chest area, middle of the back, and to the soles of the feet

Directions

  1. Mix aloe vera and witch hazel in 4 oz. jar.

  • Large zip-top bag or air-tight glass container

Directions

  1. Mix Carrier Oil, essential oils, and water in a small bowl, then place in zip-top or air-tight container.

  2. Add paper towels or fabric squares, seal and let sit until soaked through.
